Lamb numbers eased and the yarding plainer with the quality dropping off quickly in each agents run. There were only a few very good heavy and extra heavy weights and plenty of light and secondary trade lambs that lacked the fat cover wanted buy the trade buyers. There were fewer restocking buyers operating and most processer stayed away from woolly lambs. The market trend was cheaper.
